Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Jump2Coin (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website jump2coin.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Jump2Coin is a non-custodial platform. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or sign transactions on your behalf. All blockchain interactions are executed locally in your browser using your connected wallet.

2. Information We Collect

  • Wallet address — your Solana public key, used to identify your account and tokens.
  • Token metadata — name, symbol, description, logo URL, and social links you enter when creating a token.
  • Transaction signatures — on-chain transaction IDs recorded to verify platform fee payments.
  • IP address — collected for rate limiting and fraud prevention.
  • Usage analytics — anonymized events (page views, feature usage) via PostHog to improve the platform.
  • Referral codes — tracked to attribute commissions correctly.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To record and display tokens you create on the platform
  • To calculate and attribute referral commissions
  • To enforce rate limits and prevent spam
  • To improve platform features and performance
  • To comply with applicable law

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases (never)
  • Payment card information
  • Personal identity documents
  • Email addresses (unless you contact us directly)

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Arweave / Irys — permanent storage for token logos and metadata
  • Solana RPC providers — for blockchain queries
  • PostHog — privacy-first product analytics
  • Sentry — error monitoring (no personal data intentionally sent)

6. Blockchain Transparency

All token creation and liquidity transactions are recorded permanently on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain data is publicly visible and immutable. We cannot delete or modify on-chain records.

7. Data Retention

We retain off-chain data (token records, referral data) as long as the platform is operational. You may request deletion of off-chain records associated with your wallet address by contacting us, subject to legal and operational requirements.
