1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jump2Coin (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Non-Custodial Nature

Jump2Coin is a non-custodial tool. We do not hold, manage, or control any user funds or private keys. All transactions are initiated and signed exclusively by the user's connected wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet security and any transactions you sign.

3. Platform Fees

The Platform charges fees for certain services (token creation, liquidity pool creation, premium features, etc.). Fees are paid on-chain in SOL at the time of each transaction. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on the Solana blockchain.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

Create tokens designed to defraud, mislead, or harm other users
Impersonate existing projects, brands, or individuals
Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or pump-and-dump schemes
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, THE ACCURACY OF ON-CHAIN DATA, OR FINANCIAL OUTCOMES. CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENTS CARRY SIGNIFICANT RISK. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUMP2COIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, OR PROFITS.

7. Referral Program

The referral program allows users to earn a commission on platform fees generated by users who join through their referral link. Commission rates and eligible fee types are subject to change. Jump2Coin reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
